Founder's Vision
Shlomo Toussia-Cohen, founder and CEO of Sinfori Group, is a veteran helicopter and airplane pilot with decades of experience flying across the globe. During his extensive international travels and hotel stays, Shlomo encountered a recurring operational challenge in many hotels: the inefficient and labor-heavy management of in-room minibars.
In 2019, driven by a clear vision to modernize this outdated system, he founded Sinfori Group. His idea was both simple and powerful: to create a smart shelf system that could be easily installed in any minibar in less than one minute, instantly upgrading it into a fully automated and computerized minibar.
The smart shelf connects seamlessly with the hotel's front desk system, automatically detecting product removal and charging the guest in real time - without the need for manual checks, staff involvement, or human error.
Today, Sinfori Group is in the active stage of deploying its products to hotels around the world. The company offers a plug-and-play solution for minibar automation, designed for rapid installation, seamless integration, and a direct impact on profitability, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
