The technology tray accommodates a wide range of products: food, luxury items, electronics, cosmetics, and more. It has a fast and easy modular system that allows the hotel to change whatever goods they want on the tray, in size, location, and spaces in-between.
The technology tray contains an electronic smart card that periodically scans for movement of the products being presented for sale. The tray's smart software broadcasts notifications in real-time to the management system in the cloud which allows the system to identify any movement and change in product placement. The management software interacts with the hotel’s system, updating in real-time for every change performed through the room’s Smart Tray, automatically sending a charge for the product to the room guest account with full details of the charge (date, time, product, and price).
